Scofield says you’ll need fresh, free-range eggs to get started. In a pot, he cracks three eggs and keeps beating them until they are well combined. In the meantime, he suggested preparing a pot of low-boiling ‘salt’ water. Adding salt to the water is essential, Schofield explains, because it not only enhances the taste but also binds the eggs together.

After that, he started to move the water clockwise and made a whirl. Scofield pours the eggs into the rolling water and covers with a lid.

“It’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen in a long time,” she says as she waits for the eggs to cook. “Now we wait for about 10 to 20 seconds,” he explains. “The eggs should rise to the surface, then I’ll sift it and serve with a pretty large portion of toast,” he adds.

After about 15 seconds, she removes the lid so that the scrambled eggs are fully cooked. Before taking the sample, Scofield scoops the eggs out of the water with the help of a skimmer and taps on a paper towel to remove moisture. Next, she puts the eggs on a plate, tops them with green onions, and serves them with olive oil toast.

Voila, ‘Perfect’ Scrambled ‘egg in minutes. It may be the easiest way to scramble the fluffiest so far.
