On Monday night, VH1 brought back one of its most popular reality shows of all time, launching a brand new season of Basketball Wives.
Who are the new faces? Who are the familiar faces? And what can fans expect from this spring and summer front episodes?
Let’s find out, shall we?!?
Produced by Shaunie O’Neal, Basketball Wives will feature the return of the following experienced cast with the return of Shaquille O’Neal’s ex-wife this year:
- Jennifer Williams
- Jackie Christie
- Malaysia Pargo
- Brandy Maxiel
- DJ Duffy
- Angel Brinks
- British Williams
- Brooke Bailey
As you can see, Evelyn Lojada and Kristen Scott will not be appearing in Season 10.
In a statement before the May 16 premiere, O’Neill said:
“I can’t say how proud I am to have created and produced such a successful television franchise with VH1.
“Basketball Wives has gone beyond and beyond my biggest dream. Tune in to Season 10? 10 ?!”
Brooke added in a statement of her own:
“I’m so excited to see you guys, new friendships, old friendships, new businesses.
“You get to see something that you see going viral online, happens in real life. A little bit of a fight.
“You know how your girls like to fight.”
From what we can tell, the focus this season will be on the fallout between Malaysia and Brandi, which had previously been booted due to its problems with Shawni.
Visitors will also be able to follow Angel as the fashion designer documents her pregnancy.
“It will really shock you,” Jackie recently said as a tease:
“There are twists and turns and there are heartwarming moments. Blood, sweat and tears this season.
We can’t wait!
