Viewers have all witnessed how Erica Jane has been extremely defensive in recent years, damaging her own public image.
Season 12 did not see any major changes.
Although we all understand that Erica’s life is falling apart and she too is suffering from PR crisis, is the answer hunting?
Because Erica recently suggested that perhaps some victims have already been paid that they say they owe. No..
Erica Jane’s life has been turned upside down, and things haven’t settled – figuratively in her life, or more literally in a legal sense.
Tom Girard has been accused of embezzling millions of dollars, stealing money for victims of a deadly plane crash.
Despite inendo and charged comments from attorneys seeking to collect for their clients, no evidence was found that Erica was aware of the crime, let alone involved.
However, the number of people who have seen him since the scandal came to light has not changed.
Numerous accused victims have come forward and said that Tom Girardy and his law enforcement agencies owe them money that they were never paid.
In a recent episode, Erica made a return visit to Kyle Richards’ home in La Quinta.
There, Erica recalls how over-the-top and emotionally expressive she was a year ago, aggressively pursuing anyone who questions her.
“It was devastating when I was here a year ago and I’m so glad we got through all our work,” he said.
“I want to thank all of you for accepting me for being the wild animal I was,” he told his customers.
Erica explained that, at the time, she felt back in a corner – not just then, but every day.
Now, although her life is still topsy-tory, she felt she had a chance to breathe after a huge transition period.
“For twelve months I’ve been dragged through the mud for something I never did,” Erica explained.
While this may be an exhaustion, does it really explain all of his behavior?
Garsell couldn’t help but ask Erica a question in the minds of many:
Why didn’t she show sympathy for her ex-husband’s victims?
Erica’s response was so horribly over-the-top that it really sheds light on her emotional state in recent years.
“We’re not even sure if there were people who weren’t paid,” Erica claimed.
The audience was stunned. Very visible, so was Kyle.
“You say we don’t know that these people were not paid? This victim? ” Kyle asked.
Apparently, he hoped he had misunderstood or misunderstood. She wasn’t.
“That’s right, that’s right,” Erica confirmed.
We all know that sometimes, the people involved in one case or another do not act in good faith.
However, Garsell could not help but wonder why so many people who went through such ordeal would do so. Spell Same story
“They’ll just live their lives,” Garsell advised.
“You can make any complaint in Garsell’s case,” Erica replied.
That, of course, is true. Win wildly baseless lawsuits. In advance, the probable suit is defeated. This is our justice system.
But for many people making the same accusation and sticking to the story for years … it’s hard for a lot of people to accept. It would be shocking even if it was true.
