As a result, Harry is suing the paper for defamation. Whether the statements in the article are true and whether they are defamatory depends on the judge.

For Harry, the legal team is naturally making the story “defamatory.” He wrote that he had “tried to keep his legal battle with the government secret from the public” and that the article was “unjustly and ugly” trying to persuade the public.
