Just three weeks before the Met Gala with Marilyn Monroe’s outfit, Kim Kardashian lost an alarming 16 pounds.
She faced reactions for dressing up.
Kim was also called upon to lose her extreme weight, with criticism from actress Lily Reinhart, who was shocked by the message she sent.
Now, however, she insists that her weight loss was perfectly healthy.
Kim has spoken to Kardashian New York Times Many things including protecting her from the reaction to her fast 16-pound weight loss.
“I didn’t do anything unhealthy,” he insisted in the interview.
This may sound literally impossible considering the time frame and the amount of weight lost, but let’s hear it.
Kim explained that her argument was inspired by the sometimes extreme physical transformation of Hollywood.
“I had it, ‘OK, Christian Bell could do it for a movie role, and it’s acceptable,'” he noted. “Even Renee Zellweger has gained weight for a role.”
Kim added: “It’s the same to me.”
Kim also felt that the callouts were unfair, as she did not explicitly support others to follow her example.
“I wasn’t saying, ‘Hey everyone, why don’t you just go and lose weight?'” He argued.
Yes, that’s right, but … was anyone really confused?
“The idea really came to me after the gala in September last year,” Kim said of wearing the dress before the gala.
“I thought to myself, what would I do for an American theme if it weren’t for the Balenciaga look?” He remembered.
“What’s the most American thing you can think of?” Kim asked. “And this is Marilyn Monroe.”
“For me, Marilyn Monroe’s greatest moment was when she sang ‘Happy Birthday’ on JFK, it was that look,” Kim said.
For many, he wore a piece of history that, even briefly, was controversial enough in itself.
While the inability to change clothes led to her dramatic weight loss, people took issue.
Christian Bell is notorious for his catastrophic cycle of gaining and losing weight for his role in the film.
Renee Zellweger earned 30 for her role as “overweight” character Bridget Jones.
While actors may change fitness habits when working in contrast to not filming or auditioning, such conversions are more extreme.
Kim says she didn’t do anything unhealthy because she only had a “strict” diet and fitness plan.
He went to bed twice a day, used a treadmill, skipped all sugars and carbohydrates, and ate “clean” vegetables and protein for three weeks.
So, was it as healthy as Kim thinks?
Simply put, there is no “healthy” way to lose 16 pounds in three weeks.
Unless you are having a baby (which is not a weight loss strategy until you are pregnant), it will take a minimum of 8 weeks to lose weight.
Kim has lost almost three times her recommended weight, which takes a toll on the human body.
In Kim’s mind, not doing anything “unhealthy” probably meant she didn’t vomit or refuse to eat or use questionable “dietary aid” such as the weight loss tea that her family promoted.
However, it seems that he has followed an extreme diet combined with strenuous exercise and has dehydrated himself.
Kim is rich enough to have a healthy lifestyle and health afterwards, but such extreme fasting can disrupt one’s metabolism.
For the record only, people rightly call it “unhealthy” when Christian Bell loses 50 pounds in one summer.
Kim doesn’t tell others to follow her example, but … does it matter?
Kim has made her fortune as an influential person – one of the most influential in the world. If he thinks that his words and diet plan do not affect other people, then he is not being honest with himself.
