Tom Selek A California native in hot water. The Blue blood Starr has been accused of stealing water from the state. What’s going on here?
In the middle of a drought
In 2013, Selek was a few seasons deep Blue blood When he ran afoul of the California Water District. The state of Sunlight was in a drought as it is today when he was hit with numerous strikes and refused to stop pumping water from the local fire hydrant to water his 60-acre farm and avocado farm.
The Water District really wanted to nail Selek to the wall, so it hired a personal investigator to arrest Selek. That’s right: California has spent 22,000 on a PI Magnum PI. However, the state wants Selek to pay for those fees itself.
He got permission once
Selleck actually has a lot going for her in this case. No offense was reported, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. In fact, Selleck was briefly allowed to tap a different fire hydrant to water his farm in 2009. The state has placed kibbutz on it as it will not allow drinking water to be transferred between districts.
As it stands, a truck has been spotted countless times that seize thousands of gallons of water through countless trips and deliver water to Selek’s farm. He’s on the hook for thousands of dollars. Of course, Californians are being told to use less and less water to help fight drought. Selleck has not commented on this.
Otherwise what is Tom Selek?
Selek has been doing the same thing year after year: playing the role of Police Commissioner Frank Reagan Blue blood. The Cop drama has just been renewed for a 13th season and it has been confirmed that Celek is returning as its star and executive producer.
In a recent appearance Kelly Clarkson showSelleck appeared with a beard and defended his old Magnum PI Short shorts. “Shorts are short. And the pajama bottoms they’ve been wearing for the past decade are innocent… and you can travel in them!” She admits she won’t wear shorts today because “it’s not pretty anymore.”
Also Blue blood, Selleck is also working on a new Jesse Stone movie for the Hallmark Channel. It has been in production since 2016, but has not yet been canned. Instead, Selek is working to provide a new angle for the character. Perhaps the industry will imitate life and Stone will have to pay a fine from the water department.
