Jack Rolf wants a do-over.
The Little People, the Big World star found himself in the middle of a tragic family feud several days ago, as he and his dad went a little further on social media.
At the root of their tension? Matt decides to sell a portion of his farm in Oregon.
What did Zach say about his father in reply? Really stunning.
As previously reported, Matt Rolfe has 16 acres of his family farm for sale; He is seeking $ 4 million for this parcel of land.
“All @rolofffarms have been a great pleasure for me and our family for the last 30+ years!
“Today, our 16-acre farm with 109 acres, including our original family home and bright red granary, is up for sale.
“It’s a little bit scary but mostly exciting. … It’s time to move on to the next season of life.”
Zach (or his twin, Jeremy) may have been discussing buying the property at various times in the past – but Zach and his family moved to Washington last year, making it clear they would not take over the family business.
Matt addressed the possibility of such an arrangement in a follow-up Instagram post.
Yes, Matt admits, his “ultimate hope was that the entire Rolf Farms property would remain in our family for the next generation.”
But he later said Zach “moved on to other interests and investments” and mentioned a “significant family discount” that he had offered his son in exchange for the farm.
In response, Zach absolutely roasted his father.
Tagging her dad directly in the comments section, Zach wrote, “This post is very misleading and false. My dad is manipulating the description right now before the season is out.”
As a point of reference, Little People, Matt commented on the above a few days before the start of a new episode of Big World.
Zach concluded last week, simply blasting his parents repeatedly:
Again, he did not take responsibility for his actions for most of his life and blamed others.
Pulling out the family drama he had created, he then manipulated the fan base and came out on his own.
This post is a new tragic low of cowardice and manipulation of his family and kids for his own benefit.
Wow, isn’t it?!? So very unlike Roloff this fashion controversy.
I’m talking! In the wake of his post, Zach admitted that he had some regrets about the way it was handled.
“I think it was a mistake to put it on social media, but I think I made my thoughts very clear,” the father of three explained, adding that he and his wife, Tori, were “moving forward.”
Although he has formed a relationship with his father?
“It’s all good,” Zach said. “We are all family.”
It seems to be back to normal, isn’t it?
Happily settling in Washington, Zach added that the ship “sailed” in the case of farm ownership.
For her part, Matt did not comment on the horrific reprimand from her child, although Amy Rolfe trashed her ex-husband to tear her family apart.
While talking elsewhere with Entertainment Tonight this week, Zach also touched on the unfortunate family feud.
“The baby and the birthday and everything creates an opportunity to bring everyone together,” Zach said, referring to the recent birth of her daughter, her son is five years old.
“It simply came to our notice then. We are not innocent in all this. But, that’s what it is.
“It’s not our call. The whole family has built the equity of the place and made it what it is. But it’s not our call, it’s my father’s. It’s his call, which is good.”
“I hope this is taken a little more honestly. I have to focus on my own family.”
